Made by Medalist Sand-Knit. This shirt was worn by a member of the New Orleans Jazz bench staff during the early 1970's. Official "Designed and Tailored Exclusively for the New Orleans Jazz" tagging. New Orleans Jazz items are very rare and hard to get.
